Sebastião Grosso is the ‘king of côco’ in Goiana, Pernambuco. Every day Sebastião sells potatoes in the streets but on the day of São João, he opens his doors for one of the biggest parties in town: o côco dance night. Grosso died some weeks after the documentary was made.

A story behind a little square in one of the biggest favelas in Rio de Janeiro. Once a garbage dump, the square is now used as a central point where the residents of the favela meet for social activities.
