Rihana, a country-girl, takes refuge in an imaginary created, fantasy world. Convinced she had been raped by a demon known as The Lord Of the Horse who wants to kill her because he made her pregnant, she flees. Zineb, the main character, is a psychiatrist. She decides to get to Rihana better and discovers through her research strange things. Does this demon really exist?

Mohammad Mouftakir is a young Maroccan filmmaker. In 2009 he finishes his first short film. Pégase is his feature film debut. Mouftakir is seen as one the biggest talents of Maroccan cinema.
