Young and ambitious and elated by the first free elections, Lucky believes the world will change. Reality turns out to be different. After a short career as a criminal, he tries his luck as a taxi driver. That leads him into the highest echelons of organized crime as he gains control over various construction projects. Along the way, Lucky makes many enemies and the police are on his tail.
