HOMELESS IN AFGHANI

Shaun has lived on the streets of Pretoria for as long as he can remember. During his search for shelter he found himself in the illegally occupied building in the suburb of Sunnyside. The residents sadly were evicted in 2001 and in 2010 Shaun decided to go and find out what happened to The Faces of Afghani – as the place was once affectionately known.

Paul Zisiwe is a South African filmmaker of the BIGFISH School of Digital Filmmaking.

There will be a Q&A with the director after the viewing.
