This secretly-made feature is the first Egyptian gay film. It tells the story of Rami, a homosexual who wants to lead a free life and is sick of eternally having to hide. But in Egypt it is dangerous to be gay, and you also put your family and friends in danger. The state has eyes everywhere…. The film was promptly banned in Egypt and other African/Arabic countries.
