From a Whisper

Kenya 2008

Based on the bomb attacks on the American Embassy in Nairobi in 1998. In this film, police detective Abu meets the expressive artist Tamani through the graffiti she is spreading throughout the city. Tamani is searching for her mother and Abu decides to help her. The film received the Best East African Film award from the Zanzibar International Film Festival 2009.
