Kenyan Mohamed ‘Mo’ Amin was one of the most important and respected press photographers in the world. In Mo & Me, his son, Salim Alim, documents the life of this complex man who risked everything to capture with his camera Africa’s most important events and leaders. The film fills the son’s journey with memories and thoughts and is carried by exceptional pictures.
It was crowned with the jury award at the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival.

Roger Mills is a writer, director and producer from Los Angeles. He has directed several films and TV series with Michael Palin, and written JUST A LITTLE HARMLESS SEX (1999). Murad Rayani directed REFUSING TO DIE – A KENYAN STORY (2002) and several films about Africa for CNN in 2005.
