Debate Silent Love Affairs

On the theme evening Gay Africa, following on from the documentary 7 YEARS by Bram Vergeer, this is a debate about this year’s theme: secret love affairs, gay and lesbian relationships among Surinamese Antilleans and Africans.
7 YEARS: homosexuality is still a punishable offence in Kenya with a 7 year prison sentence if discovered. In this documentary, courageous gays and lesbians tell how they get by in a hostile community and about the fight for their relationships, love and recognition.
