Jay Brooks is an African-American male with a passion for Indie rock, comics, and dating white girls. Jay sets himself a mission, after a series of nasty break ups, “Operation Brown Sugar”. He meets Catherine, a misunderstood and somewhat neurotic ‘half-rican Canadian’ bestselling author, who is just as indecisive as himself. Jay gets confused when he realises that there is more to his fear of commitment than simply a matter of black and white.
